Brightside Recruitment are looking to recruit a Trainee Technical Sales Executive.

Position Purpose

The role will be to develop sales of new and used equipment, service contracts and short-term hire to new and lapsed customers within a defined geographical territory. You will mostly work in Dewsbury and surrounding areas but will also occasionally work from home. We will provide you with a company car and phone.

Key Result Area

-To target new and specified lapsed users of our products for new and used equipment sales, increase sales margin, service contracts, parts sales, Short Term Hire,driver training, and Health & Safety.

-Manage and develop existing  users, other than those identified as the responsibility of the Corporate Account Managers.

-To target customer types that have a profile that our services, in all aspects of the word, can match and exceed in a profitable fashion.

-Agree on an annual basis, with your line manager, annual and monthly targets for business generation to new customers and renewals for existing customers in the areas of New and Used equipment sales, Service contracts, short-term hire.

-Determine contact and service level strategy for each new customer applicable to their needs and opportunity.

Attend regional cold call blitz days on request and further marketing activities that the business may wish to undertake.

Role Description

-Ensure effective working relationships with engineers and administration personnel for the new customer.

-To act in accordance with company policy and procedures.

-Provide a seamless process of customer experience to deliver and exceed the defined level of service, in all its aspects, scoped for the new customer.

-Company processes and Health and Safety procedures are fully integrated into your daily operations and are within the agreements created for the designated customers.
