Job Title: Office Administrator General Support

Interview Date: 4th September 2019

Start Date: September 2019

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1hr for lunch (8 hours per day – 40 hours per week)

Holidays: 28 days a year inc. Bank Holidays (can not be taken at the same time as other 2 people in your department)

Experience: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a professional phone manner and be highly organised and diligent

Job Description:

Our company are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join the team starting September 2019. This role will involve working closely with the Project Managers, Engineers, Directors and Finance team and will need somebody who is highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. Day to day role will involve the following as a minimum

  • Booking hotels and work permits
  • Answering the phone to customers
  • Paying expenses
  • Booking H&S training
  • Minute taking and distributing
  • Filing, uploading documents & organising records
  • Scheduling engineers work loads
